Our History
Fifteen years of impact in human rights and local development
Created in 2009, the >Local Dynamics of Development and Human Rights (DLDH) is a non-profit organization that works for the sustainable development and the promotion of human rights in town of Kindu and the seven territories(Kabambare, Kailo, Kasongo, Kibombo, Lubutu, Pangi, Punia) of the province of Maniema in Democratic Republic of Congo.
Over the years, we have worked hand in hand with the local communities for:
- Promote and protect human rights
- Promote education, gender and female leadership.
- Improving sustainable livelihoods and combating poverty
- Protect the environment and facilitate adaptation to climate change
- Ensure the construction and rehabilitation of community infrastructure
